Corporate Member Companies

Corporate Voting (CV)

Official APICS members. They receive all national and chapter mailings and have full voting privileges. Each corporate membership has five CVs from the same company location. All society and chapter mailings for CVs will be forwarded to the work address. Each CV has a unique APICS ID number that allows for discounts on certification exams, publications, educational programs, and more

Corporate Subsidiary (CS)

Nonvoting company individuals. They do not receive mailings, nor do they have voting privileges. These individuals may use their company's corporate billing number to obtain discounts oncertification exams, publications, educational programs, and more at the society level. No other enrollment is required for CSs. Attendance by CSs at chapter events and activities is at the discretion of the chapter.

Corporate Billing (CB)

Non-APICS members. These individuals serve as official contacts with APICS, and they receive membership renewal notices. Typically, these individuals are in the accounting or purchasing department of their companies and are responsible for membership renewal. CBs have a unique APICS ID corporate billing number to use when corresponding with APICS about their company's membership. All invoices and renewal notices are sent to the designated CB.

Membership Transferals

As corporate memberships are retained by the company, the five employees designated as CVs can be changed at any time. Changes to the membership must be made in writing on company letterhead. When replacing a CV, please state if he/she has left the company.

When adding a new CV, please provide the following information:

1. Name
2. Title
3. Mail Stop
4. Address
5. Social Security Number
6. Date of Birth
7. Gender

Corporate Membership

$100 for Chapter Dues

$600 for Association Dues
