Qualifications:
• Minimum10 years experience in electronic / electro-mechanical assembly.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in electrical mechanical assembly or printed circuit board manufacturing.
• Proven skills in team leadership, and mentoring
• Able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Effective communication skills: interpersonal, written and verbal.

Datron World Communications, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Supervisor with experience supporting electrical mechanical assembly, and printed circuit board manufacturing. Will be responsible for Directing the daily activities of assemblers, and identify areas for improvement or advancement. Will communicate equipment problems and hardware/product status. Assist in the development of cost effective procedures. Coordinates the inventory control and assist in the administration of the quality system.
